Loamy--Sandy soil, with a presence of purple porphyry, marble and granite in the subsoil, transported by the glaciations that formed the morainic amphitheater.
Grape variety and training system
It’s 100% Chardonnay Guyot trained with East-West exposure.
Harvest and vinification
The grapes are hand-picked.
In white vinification with soft pressing fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks. The fermentation takes place in the moths of April and May of the year after the harvest using the technique of the Metodo Classico and the aging on lees lasts 24 months.
